Brewer Entry Form

Your generous donation and participation in this Festival has helped Hospice SLO County continue its mission of supporting quality of life and healing by providing free grief counseling, education, and in-home services. 

To show our heartfelt appreciation we offer every participating brewer an independent ‘page’ on californiafestivalofbeers.com.  Our website receives over 20,000 hits per year and we want to put the spotlight where it belongs – on the brewers who support Hospice SLO County through this fundraiser.

Entry Details

Participating Brewer Receives:

  • 10' x 10' Booth space 
  • 10' x 10' tent if needed (Must be requested in advance)
  • One Banquet Table and two chairs
  • Signage
  • Ice
  • Early sign-up VISA gift card
  • Admission and tasting glass for Brewer and staff (up to 5)
  • Lunch voucher for Brewer and staff (up to 5)
  • "Brewers Only" portable restrooms
  • Discounted Festival Grand Tasting tickets for your friends and family
  • Marketing, promotion, and branding of your brewery and beer at the Festival, on our website, social media, radio ads to feature participating Brewers and inclusion on various E-blast to our 6,000 subscribers
  • Brand visibility to more than 4,000 guests
  • Volunteers to pour if needed. (Must be arranged with event organizer in advance)

Participating Brewers Provide:

  • Taps
  • Regulators
  • Coil boxes
  • 10'x10' brewery branded pop-up (Must meet Cal Fire regulations - click here for more information)
  • Any equipment you many need such as hand trucks, ice chests, etc.
  • Beer. Because this is a fundraiser for Hospice SLO County, we ask that Brewers donate a minimum of 2 kegs of beer.
  • CO2 and lines
  • Certificate of Insurance

Please include up to 5 images and/or logos of your brewery and beer. We’ll be making a slideshow on your page so give us your best work. Image requirements: Minimum 1200px wide, .jpg or .png, and less than 5mb for each image.
